Role overview:

Vorboss has built the most advanced fibre network in London, purpose-built to support the future of commercial real estate. Through our recent acquisitions of Optimity and 40Fi, alongside a major investment in network management software, Layer8, we've brought together internet connectivity, managed IT services, and network management to create a market-leading capability under one roof.

You’ll be joining a newly formed team that specialises in providing services to our commercial property customer base, with a clear mission: to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our expanded service offering across the sector. This is an incredibly exciting time to join; the team will be fundamental to the future growth and commercial performance of Vorboss.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience selling telco/managed IT services and/or software into the Flex office sector, who can quickly get to grips with our proposition and hit the ground running. You’ll be expected to win net new business while also developing and growing your own portfolio of accounts. In addition, you'll inherit a small number of direct Flex Operator relationships, offering immediate warm opportunities to expand on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and drive awareness of Vorboss’ enhanced capabilities in the London flex and co-working market
  • Proactively self-generate and close new business opportunities across the entire suite of Vorboss services
  • Own and manage relationships with Flex Operator accounts, ensuring ongoing growth and satisfaction
  • Act as the commercial point of contact for inbound and outbound Flex Operator opportunities
  • Lead the full 360° sales cycle – from discovery and pitching through to close, handover, and growth
  • Work with our Solutions Architects and Networks team to deliver market-leading customer solutions
  • Become an expert in managing software sales cycles for Layer8 – our in-house network and Wi-Fi management platform.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the flexible office and co-working sector, becoming the in-house expert
  • Attend industry events to represent Vorboss and uncover new business opportunities

Key Activities

  • Contact target Flex / Co-Working operators to book and conduct discovery meetings
  • Leverage your existing network and industry relationships to generate interest and open doors
  • Deliver confident, tailored pitches of Vorboss’ service offering, with a focus on value to operators and tenants
  • Identify, qualify, and progress pipeline opportunities across connectivity, managed services, and network management software
  • Respond to RFPs and structured procurement processes
  • Engage with existing Flex Operator and Landlord customers to expand and deepen commercial relationships
  • Drive organic growth from existing customers through upsell/cross-sell and newlylaunched sites

The right candidate:

  • Proven experience selling telecoms, managed services, and/or software solutions into Flex Operators or Commercial Real Estate customers
  • A strong understanding of the Flex Operator ecosystem in London and the UK
  • Comfortable independently managing sales cycles of varios lengths, from early engagement through to close
  • Commercially sharp, self-starting, and highly proactive
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
  • Organised and able to balance outbound hunting with account management
  • A collaborative individual who understands when to engage with the relevant internal technical expertise.
