Role overview:

We are looking for a driven and proactive individual who will take on the role of Executive Team Assistant, supporting the core leadership team at Vorboss. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and is looking for a new challenge in a fast paced, fast growing, and diversifying company, to provide key administrative and business support to the core leaders.

Key responsibilities:

• Having a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO and the other Core Leadership Team, you will provide support to them all to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.

• To manage communication between the Core Leadership team and all other employees, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that the team can work as efficiently as possible.

• To pay constant attention to all incoming meetings and emails, and to work as a gatekeeper of their inboxes, ensuring that their time is used effectively.

• Ensure that management are well prepared and briefed for meetings, and to provide meeting support when asked.

The right candidate:

•  To have at least 5 years’ experience in an administrative role reporting directly to management positions.

•    Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise, coordinate and prioritise multiple people and projects at once.

•    Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with ability to learn new software and systems.

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•    To be a flexible team player, accepting of change, and are constantly willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

•    Strongability to manage confidential information.
