Role overview:
As an Indirect Desk-Based Sales Executive, you will be a key driver in developing and managing relationships with our channel partners. You will work closely with existing partners to grow revenue, support sales efforts, and ensure they are enabled to sell Vorboss solutions effectively. This is a desk-based role that requires proactive engagement, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering commercial value through partner collaboration.
Key responsibilities:

• Proactively source new channel business opportunities via outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Manage a pipeline ofprospects using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
• Act as the firstpoint of contact for a portfolio of channel partners, providing support,guidance, and regular communication.
• Identify opportunities within the partner base to upsell or cross-sell Vorboss products and services.
• Track and report on partner activity, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue via CRM tools.
The right candidate:
• 1–2 years ofexperience in channel sales, account management, or desk-based B2B sales.
• Strong communicationand relationship-building skills, both verbal and written.
• Organised anddetail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partners and opportunitiesconcurrently.
• Familiarity with CRMplatforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Proactive and self-motivated,with a collaborative mindset.
