Until now, getting a high-bandwidth network connection into a multi-tenant office building was almost impossible without an end-user customer order. Vorboss Pre-Fibre allows tenants to access our next-generation business fibre network as soon as they move in.

Enhanced connectivity makes any building a more attractive place for businesses to work. We provide a unique addition to building portfolios by engineering high-bandwidth fibre to each floor of a building before completion (at landlord or developer convenience to minimise disruptions and delays).

What is symmetrical bandwidth, and why does it matter?

Symmetrical bandwidth means upload and download speeds are the same.

Most standard broadband connections are built for downloading, so uploads are much slower. That can cause problems when your business is sending large files, backing up data, hosting services, or relying on video calls and cloud platforms.

With symmetrical speeds, everything feels smoother and more responsive because your connection performs just as well sending data as it does receiving it.

Can you install services in buildings with complex access requirements?

Yes, we offer flexible installation options, including obtaining licenses to alter for delivering services to locations that do not require a wayleave. We can also install temporary cable installations or proceed in sections where we have permission, ensuring a smooth and efficient process tailored to your building's specific needs.

What support and service management do you provide?

Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) operates 24/7/365, with real-time monitoring and proactive alerting. Each public sector client is assigned a named Service Delivery Manager. We provide regular performance reporting, SLA tracking, and optional service reviews to ensure ongoing performance and accountability.

Can your fibre services integrate with our existing IT infrastructure?

Yes. Our services are designed to be compatible with standard enterprise and public sector network architectures. We support:
